The Industry Standard

The combination of the AM400™ Rollformer and the Viper® Punch and Cut unit sets the industry standard for the manufacture of structural steel framing products. 

The robust AM400™ Rollformer handles a typical material thickness range from 0.035" to 0.135", producing sections with web widths from 2.50" to 16" and flange heights from 1.25" to 4". The Viper® Punch and Cut is designed to process 0.135" material with a 25" strip width at 300 feet per minute. The pre-punch and pre-cut design of the Viper®, coupled with the telescoping shaft design of the AM400™, provide the most efficient profile changeovers in the industry.
