Flying Band Saw
The flying band saw can cut panels up to 12 inches in thickness and up to 48" in width. The base is mounted on rail system to traverse laterally across the panel. The band saw rotates to allow cutting in both directions. Can be equipped with a disc saw to provide overlap cutting for roof panels.
double band flying saw
The double band flying saw, consists of two single band saws that can work together to keep up with high speed production. This also allows for the line to keep producing panels if one saw breaks down.
Disc flying saw
The single disc flying saw is utilized for thinner panels, typically up to 6". The flying disc saw has a lighter structure, allowing for quick cross cuts. Disc saws typically have a long life span.
