Responsibilities

Expedite and facilitate the servicing of customer machines and components. 

•Work with customers to qualify and help solve problems via telephone. 

•Make decisions on service needs with support of other departments. 

•Solicit, receive and process sales of new or additional parts, service, etc. for existing customers. 

•Ensure timely collection of customer service billings. 

•Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

•Strong oral and written communication skills.

•Excellent customer relation skills. 

•Problem-solving skills.

•Strong mechanical skills. 

•Advanced understanding of electrical and electronic components and systems. 

•Able to travel on short notice. 

•Prefer knowledge of all equipment produced at Bradbury. 

•Prefer assembly and tryout technician experience. 

•Assume off-hours, on-call responsibilities per department work schedule rotation.
